Location: The village of Melidoni is one of these traditional picturesque villages of Crete that time has left untouched. The only exception is that of a small number of stone villas that have been recently constructed on the other side of the village, as well as a renovated taverna restaurant.  Its position is between the cities of Rethymno and Chania, approximately a 20 minute drive from the well known beach front village of Kalyves. Kalyves offers all types of amenities such as shopping and bank facilities all year round. 

Access: It has one side border with a tarmac road which is 6,5 m wide, offering easy access.  

Shape and Ground Formation:  The plot has a slight slope encouraging building more than 1 residences or one large residence. It is formatted with fertile soil and has a small vine yard.  

Services: Electricity, drinking water and agricultural water are relatively close to the plot providing easy accessibility.
